Brand DNA

Vibrant, comfortable everyday clothing. All pieces are versatile and easily mix and match, creating numerous daily looks.

Concept

Macrocosm creates clothing with an Aesthetic & Travel format—perfect for journeys. These pieces are ideal for flying on a plane, attending a party, hiking, dancing at a music festival, or relaxing by the ocean.

Over 30% of the brand’s items are unisex, making it easy to create coordinated looks for both him and her. With many oversized options, Macrocosm ensures everyone feels cozy and comfortable.

The brand pays attention to every detail, emphasizing beautiful, high-quality packaging: branded boxes or bags with tissue paper, a signature sticker, and a personalized card. The website also features a “Big Heart” section offering items with minor, often unnoticeable defects. Proceeds from these sales go to charity.

Brand History

Founded in 2018 by Anna and Alexey Provorniy, Macrocosm began with custom hoodie production. Orders quickly grew, with a queue exceeding 2,000 requests. This success led them to realize they were creating something special and it was time for a leap forward. Today, the brand offers a full range of clothing and accessories for any occasion, with a production facility spanning 1,000 square meters across two floors. Macrocosm collaborates with Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and China, and its stores are located in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, and Saint Petersburg.

Blitz

Best time for creativity?
Late morning. I dedicate the early morning to myself and my family. After breakfast, closer to lunch, is the ideal time for work and creativity
Ideal place for creativity?
Traveling. Creativity thrives on new experiences, interactions, and inspirations. Most of our designs were conceived during my trip to Goa, riding a bike and soaking in the carefree style of the people and nature. Once, a song by Pasha Kravets inspired a print—we played it on repeat, contacted him, and received permission to use his lyrics
Music track for inspiration?
While a song inspired one of our prints, I prefer creating in silence. Music, words, and people inspire me, but the creative process demands focus and quiet
A piece from the brand you’d wear nonstop?
Our universal long sleeve. It’s practical and comfortable in any weather and pairs with everything. I always travel with a few different long sleeves in various colors and patterns
Favorite/least favorite part of the fashion process?
Favorite: When I clearly articulate an idea and the team instantly picks it up. It’s exhilarating when things happen smoothly, without complications or stress. Least favorite: Administrative tasks like accounting, taxes, and legal processes. And I hate when a seemingly simple idea hits technical roadblocks—like a print not being feasible or missing production deadlines
What scent represents your brand?
All our spaces feature the “Bali” aroma—a scent of travel, freedom, lightness, and vibrant life
Hardest part of creating a collection?
The nightmare scenario: everything is planned, but the required materials aren’t available or arrive defective. Even worse, the entire batch is misproduced and goes to waste
Advice to your younger self?
Follow your heart and don’t listen to detractors. Many people simplify your ideas because it’s easier for them. My advice: “Anna, do what YOU want, not what’s convenient for others.”
One word to describe your brand?
Impulsive. Our energy and spontaneity keep things exciting
Dream collaboration?
I’d love to collaborate with the cafe chain Eggsellent—they align perfectly with our vibe. We’re already friends and in discussions, so stay tuned! On a larger scale, McDonald’s or IKEA would be amazing partners
What will change fashion soon?
Macrocosm brings vibrant colors to counter the greyness of tough times and long winters. We aim to be a bright and warm presence in our clients’ lives
