ANA cashmere&silk

Founder: Anna Nevzornova

Brand DNA

Refined design and exclusively natural materials, perfect fit and cut, clean silhouettes, and garments with a "tactile secret."

Concept

ANA cashmere&silk is rooted in its own knitting production. Collections are made from premium Italian yarns using high-class German equipment. Key materials include merino wool, long-fibre cotton, cashmere, and natural silk. The brand collaborates with leading yarn producers in Italy.

Each piece contains subtle secrets that make it flawless in its simplicity: sometimes it's the nobility of the material, sometimes a precisely placed pocket, and, of course, handcraftsmanship.

Brand History

Founder Anna Nevzornova is a descendant of the German Hildebrand family. The family name evolved into Hildbrandt after moving to the Russian Empire in 1762 at the invitation of Catherine the Great. The Hildbrandt legacy—love for labor, perfectionism, and the pursuit of looking impeccable in any situation—shaped the DNA of ANA cashmere&silk.

Anna, an industrial designer by education, established the brand with the standard of "quiet luxury": refined design, exclusively natural materials, perfect fit and cut, clean silhouettes, and garments with a "tactile secret." Clients have the option of 800 colors, special yarns for sensitive skin, and personalization with embroidery of initials or unique detail combinations. Customers from various corners of the world (Europe, America, CIS countries, and even Monaco and Australia) appreciate the fit, second-skin feel of the fabric, precise proportions, and exquisite details.

Best time and place for creativity?
It varies—sometimes I find inspiration on a plane or while on vacation, and other times during work itself. For example, when I spread out fabric swatches on the table, I notice the beauty of their interweaving and how they complement each other, and a new piece is born
An item from the brand you'd never take off?
Each collection has pieces you fall in love with, live in, and then a new favorite emerges with the next collection. From the autumn line, I adore the "Modello" polo top made from merino wool, cashmere, and silk. It came about almost accidentally. Swatches of weaving and silk scraps were lying on the table, and when we tried combining them, it resulted in an amazingly beautiful and elegant piece
An item you'd pass down to your grandchildren with the words: "Let this remind you of me"?
Rather than an item, it would be the knowledge accumulated over a lifetime that shapes who you are. I often discuss with my children how to carve out a life path and how the decisions they make can transform it
What scent represents your brand?
Something fresh and light
Ideal location in the Urals for a photo shoot?
A cozy restaurant terrace, where a woman wraps herself in one of our cardigans, contemplating her plans and building her dreams
Favorite/least favorite part of the fashion process?
My favorite part is creating a new weave, which sets the tone for the entire collection. This process is the most exciting because you never know what the final outcome will be, but it’s also quite challenging
What’s the hardest part of creating a collection?
Finding the very first element that sets the entire collection in motion—how it should feel, which pieces it should include. Discovering this starting point is the hardest yet most fascinating part. Once you find it, everything unfolds quickly
One word to describe the brand?
Resourceful
What will change fashion in the near future?
Artificial intelligence—it’s already at our doorstep. Of course, it will bring many breakthroughs, and it’s exciting to see what it will offer. However, we must approach it with caution and not remove the human element from the process
