Designers of the U’FASHION Project Participated in the INNOPROM-2024 Exhibition

The international industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg was attended by delegations from dozens of countries around the world. Visitors to INNOPROM-2024 at the Sverdlovsk Region stand were greeted by the Mistress of the Copper Mountain, dressed in costumes by Ural designer Lyubov Mikhaleva.

On July 9, a roundtable titled "Problems and Prospects of the Textile Production Market: Cooperation between Russia and the UAE" took place. Representatives of the regional fashion industry, investors, and experts discussed the development of Ural fashion, the investment appeal of the region, the U'FASHION project, including the UF LAB International Fashion Week, and opportunities for collaboration with the UAE.

Ural brands such as I.B.W., TOOMATCH, Kimonova, HISS, Tony Clou, NO NAME NOT SAME, DRAGONFLY, and Nina Ruchkina presented their products at the exhibition. Jewellery from the brands MOISEIKIN and RINGO was also displayed.

Especially for INNOPROM, Nina Ruchkina created the "Ural Arabesques" scarf, which she presented as a gift to the UAE Ambassador to Russia, Mohammad Ahmad Al-Jaber, and the representative of the UAE Department of Culture, Khalifa Buamaim. In the design of this scarf, the Yekaterinburg fashion designer combined Ural legends with Arabian motifs. The fabric features gemstones and malachite, as well as arabesque-style patterns and pearls.

Nina Ruchkina noted that the exhibition helps establish new partnerships both in Russia and abroad and contributes to strengthening cultural ties with Arab countries.
