Kimonova

Founder: Daria Gerasimchuk

Brand DNA

The kimono's form, symbolizing freedom and luxury, is the foundation of Kimonova's designs. The team reinterprets this shape in jackets, dresses, suits, and outerwear, bringing a fresh perspective to street style.

Concept

Sensuality, the ability to captivate, enjoy life, and remain true to oneself in any situation are traits of the Kimonova woman. These qualities are enhanced by elegant cuts and a careful selection of fabrics. Velvet and satin, designer prints, and limited editions make each piece a true gem for both evening and everyday wear.

Brand History

In the spring of 2021, Daria Gerasimchuk was vacationing in Sochi. After a mountain walk, she was browsing beautiful images on Pinterest and was struck by a picture of Marta Marzotto in a fuchsia velvet kimono. Enamored with the extravagant look, Daria decided to sew a similar one for herself upon returning to Yekaterinburg. Then she realized that the whole world needed such beautiful kimonos, and thus the brand Kimonova was born.
